Alter’s Exelica! One of my first figures, in fact she was the 2nd 1/8 in my collection. Finally got around to reviewing her.

Exelica hails from the arcade game Trigger Heart Exelica, which was later ported to Dreamcast and recently the xbox 360. Figure collectors are probably also aware of the upcoming PS2 release, the limited edition of which will come bundled with a nendoroid! …which I preordered… I’m insane, woo! Well, at least I’m legitimately interested in playing and have a japanese PS2 so the game won’t be put to waste ^^;

I’m not very creative and easily influenced by what I read so Optic‘s recent music Monday post got me in the mood for a music post of my own ^^;;

As titled, for this post I just wanted to throw eroge music out there for discussion! Ack! don’t run away! If you’re not familiar, no it doesn’t mean the songs are ero (well, usually ^^;). For the 34 people that have actually read the about this blog page, y’all already know I love the stuff. I think just like OP and ED for animes that really moved me, eroge music often has that sentimental value to it that gives it a lot more oomph in my book. So without further ado… well, mebbe one more pic…

This time I blame Danny. I picked up the wani books kanu a while back and hadn’t really planned on getting another for a while, but after seeing this kurushima kanu…
Kept growing on me until I finally decided to grab her. For anyone familiar with this figure, prolly goes without saying that there’ll be a bit of skin in this review and may be nsfw ^^;

It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten a figure, I’m getting withdrawl. ;_;
Worst part is that a handful of preorders should’ve arrived by now, but thanks to the chaotic stocking of US based stores, who knows when they’ll come in ;_; Recently started ordering more from Hobby Search and Hobby Link Japan… we’ll see how that goes.

Anyone getting the Shueisha sairenji figure that’s comin’ out this month? I’ve got her on order but who knows when I’ll actually get her… but anyway, that’s not what I wanted to talk about…

ごめんごめん！ So yeah, been busy with lotsa crap, really been showing in my lack of updates -_-

Just some ramblings about my recent otaku activity~ ^^;
Headed over to the semi-local Kinokuniya this weekend… finally made a list of all the volumes I wanted to pick up. Also needed to return a volume of かんなぎ {kannagi} – I accidentally bought it twice ^^;
Unfortunately the Kinokuniya inventory leaves a lot to be desired. I know they’re no K-Books but it’s still annoying when they have so many partial sets and I have to order missing volumes (luckily at no extra cost). I remember an online store I used to get manga from would charge $10 or some crazy amount for each item not in their inventory, so I always had to deal with whatever they had in stock.

Hailing from Fortune Arterial (nsfw) we have kuze kiriha! Definitely one of my favorite routes from the game, though I still can’t decide if I liked her or erika’s true route better…
Not too many figures I know of, so I had to settle for this one from Wave.
