Just a short blurb. After seeing Optic’s post on figma storage I immediately embarked on a mission to organize my own figure parts! I had just been lamenting over the fact that it was such a pain to get out my nendoroid parts out of the box to change faces and limbs and such.
As you can see, it’s… already full… ;_; Luckily…
I got 2 containers ^^; Had already planned on two because I wanted something to put Rize’s skirt in, though didn’t think I’d fill up the other container right off the bat.
Can you identify who all the parts belong to? :P
Now if only I could buy something that would actually make it easy to change the shuraki girls’ outfits -_-
In other news…
Nida and mm are out of their boxes! Which means… everyone’s finally out! Really wish I had gotten Nida out earlier… her gun is exquisite. Makes me excited about limit gunz again ^_^
So many reviews, so little time! Final exam is coming up for my Japanese class this weekend, but more importantly, JLPT is really soon and I’m not as prepared as I’d like to be orz
In closing, almost done with Sky Lolis Girls, nut bad, been enjoying it.

I love organization :) Speaking of organization this weekend I’m going to go downstairs and organize all my figure boxes. My figma boxes I keep upstairs so I can change a figma setup on a whim if I want to.

@kazearashi feels sooo much better to have all the parts organized and easily accessible ^_^
@panther despite the awkward english i like the OP a lot ^^;
@lovelyduckie nice ^_^ i also like organizing stuff… but really suck at getting started ^^;; and my figure boxes are in a huge glob in my room, not sure where to put them orz

So you did take Optic’s way of storing accessories and parts~ It definitely helps organisation and storage problem by a lot!

That box looks small to me. I don’t think you can fit too much figure parts there.

I just have a little box for transport my figmas (1 at a time) to school or work..
I still have the pieces in their figma bags.. but keeping it in a organized box seems a very nice idea..

@q i think what i like best is the easy access… i dunno about you but it was always kind of a hassle to get what i wanted out of the figma bags. not to mention i was always of afraid of something in the bags getting crushed ^^;
@sonic_ver2 well, not sure what your definition of small is but the first one is 13 1/8″ x 9″ x 2 5/16″ (333 x 229 x 59mm) and as you can see, has 12 compartments. There is some extra space in lots of the compartments but i wanted the flexibility of being able to store cast off and parts from other figures (like shall’s battle dmg outfit which barely fits). not sure what the dimensions of my other box are, but it’s deep enough for rize’s huge skirt to fit undernearth those upper compartments.
@rin i’ve almost lost my nendoroid haruhi’s arm band so many times. i guess having storage doesn’t really help with that problem though, since the times I’ve almost lost it were when it fell off moving her around ^^;
@phossil kind of wish i was in back at a start up company… then i might bring some figma to work ^^
