hmm the poster might be pretty hard to get… i got it as a bonus gift when purchasing the exit trance CD in akiba, which was february this year. not sure if they distributed it elsewhere, sorry ^^;;

You should try using the 0.7.0 release of hugin. It outputs JPEGs directly (fewer intermediate TIFFs), and more importantly it has photometric optimization which just about remove the blotchiness due to differences in the exposure times.
