Quick touhou post: I noticed lately that when I went back to play some eosd or pcb the controls felt strangely laggy. My computer hasn’t really changed so it was really puzzling and frustrating to have reimu so unresponsive. Then I stumbled upon this thread!

Index! Alas, the poor thing seems to fall out of her role as a main character despite having the series named after her ^^; Maybe it’s that pity that got me to buy her :P Anyhow, we’ve got Good Smile Company’s 1/8 release here today, and I’d say it’s a solid get for her fans.

Glad to have that FFXIII rant off my chest ^^; Back to figures, shall we? Flandre by Griffon! She’s one of the more famous touhou characters but for those of you who aren’t yet familiar, Flandre first appeared as the extra boss of the first Windows touhou game, The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. A vampire of immense power, sealed away in the basement of the Scarlet Devil Mansion for nearly 500 years…

If you really enjoyed FFXIII, this is probably not a post that’ll sit well with you. I pass no judgment if you thought it was great… in fact I’d be a little envious since I have been playing the series for so long and am sad that this installment failed to match up to my expectations.
