Just a bit on what I’m up to lately… mostly anime & Trigger Heart Exelica. Well, we’ll start with games since that’s the shorter topic ^^;
Gaming
I haven’t played a shoot-em-up for a while but the fire is burning strong now. Sucking really bad when I started, I could barely clear the first level of Exelica without continuing. Now I’ve gotten up to stage 4 (of 5) once and can usually make it mostly thru stage 3. Couple more weeks and maybe I’ll actually be able to clear the game! (i.e. I still suck, but less now ^^;)
Mmmm trying to figure out what to shoot next, not to mention my free time feels even more scarce than ever. Until that comes to fruition, let’s talk anime ^^ (don’t worry, should be spoiler free)

I fell way behind in anime in December due to the holidays and my lack of working out. Speaking of not working out, that month off my normal routine was killer. To quote Kagamin,

orz (and forgive, didn’t have the brain power to translate the haiku to an english haiku ^^;) *ahem* Anyhow, I watch a lot of anime while working out, hence the increase in backlog. Luckily I was able to recover in January… and man, there’s been some good stuff I’ve been missing out on!
Hyakko love! Thanks to all for the input on my last post… with that in mind, posts will be spoiler free unless otherwise noted.
To all those that have seen hyakko, share wha’cha love! To those that haven’t, hopefully this will sway you one way or the other~
When it comes to slice of life shows, I generally evaluate them by two simple criteria – characters and chemistry between said characters. Sooo, let’s see how hyakko stacks up.
Lately it feels like the only front I’m making any progress in is anime. As posted previously I recently got through Code Geass (Which I again highly recommend if you haven’t gotten around to it. I’d say watch the first 3 episodes to get a good feel for things. I’ll let ya skip this one if you’re not hooked by then :P)
Almost finished with 恋姫†無双 (koihime musou)… love the characters and the ED but the plot hasn’t really grabbed me that much. …Though I guess I didn’t really expect much from an eroge turned anime (not that that’s a bad thing… but I didn’t get the awesome plot vibe from this one ^^;)
I can’t believe they’re censoring Rosario & Vampire CAPU2. This is blasphemy. (episode 3 “spoilers” to follow… if fan service can be spoiled ^^;)
Well, so if I read correctly, season 1 was censored on some stations (luckily not the ones I downloaded), but this time around it seems like there aren’t any uncensored stations left?

Why is it that I always wait so long before watching epic shows like Code Geass and Gurren Lagann? With teh internets aflame with spinzaku and lulucopter, with Max Factory busy churning out figmas, what the heck was I waiting for?
Last Friday I started the first episode of Geass… first season finished on Sunday. Watched the entire second season Monday… err well, I guess it technically it was early Tuesday morning ^^;;;
I have a feeling that 連携 {renkei} in the context of FFXI might not apply when trying to declare a chain of anime… ^^;; anyhow… I dunno about you but my anime queue is bursting at the seams.
Decided to put everything on hold and check out some of the new titles for this season…
